Refund & Returns Policy
At King of Bulks, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied, here is how we make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Products must be in original, unaltered, and unopened condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
- Sealed products that have been opened (booster boxes, packs, bundles)
- Digital codes or redeemed items
- Items damaged due to customer handling after delivery
- Graded slabs with broken cases (unless arrived broken)
Authenticity Guarantee Returns
If you receive a product that you believe is not authentic, we will provide a full refund plus return shipping at our cost — no questions asked. Authenticity is our core promise.
How to Initiate a Return
Email returns@kingofbulks.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
